Team TAG on the Top of Everest!
TAG International Everest Expedition 2016, North Side Team has successfully summited Everest at 11:35 am local time on 23 May. The journey that started before six weeks has finally reached its apex after all the nine members set their foot on the top of Everest. The Expedition is the first ever of its kind organized by TAGnepal. And the 100 % summit success in the first attempt has given great deal of hope and optimism to the whole team.
Among 18 members who summited successfully, 9 are from Nepalese Sherpa team and the other 9 are from International team including Facundo Arana (Argentina), Corvalan Ulises Javier (Argentina), Ulehla Maria Alejandra (Argentina), Jean Manuel (Argentina), Valencia Coroma Aldo Hiram (Mexico), Nicolas Bossard (Switzerland), Elizabeth Barbara Patricia Rose (Canada), Azim Afif Bin Ishak (Malaysia) and Farul Aidib Bin Mahamad Yusoff (Malaysia). After weeks of struggle, sheer exhaustion and perseverance in the thin air amidst inclement weather condition, the team has made it to the summit and is really delighted at their newly gained achievement. Now the team is descending, and planning to be back to Kathmandu within a week. It is said that climbing summit is just a half story; the other part is completed after being back safely. So, the journey of anticipation and hope is still going on. Good luck team TAG for the completion of the whole mission!
In the meantime, we would like to extend our gratitude to all the families, relatives and friends of our climbing members and, not to be missed our well- wishers who always want to see us succeed! A very special thanks to the climbing members who have never lost faith on Tendi Sherpa, our Mountain Guide and TAG team! Lastly, our sincere appreciation to the Sherpa team, without whom no one can think of any Expedition of this stature!
